This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Avora through our website, social media pages or other selling channels.
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, address confirmation and logistics partner availability.
Avora currently ships products within India, subject to serviceability by our logistics partners.
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, courier partner, public holidays, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions or any other circumstances beyond our control.
The delivery timeline mentioned on the website, if any, is only an estimate and should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation. Shipping charges may vary depending on location, order value, product type and delivery partner.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including complete address, PIN code and mobile number. Avora shall not be responsible for delay, failed delivery or return of shipment due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Our courier partner may attempt delivery as per their delivery policy. If the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery or fails to respond, the order may be returned to Avora.
Additional shipping charges may be applicable for re-shipping such orders.
If the outer package appears damaged, tampered or opened at the time of delivery, customers are advised not to accept the package and to immediately contact Avora at support.avoraind@gmail.com.
Avora will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in case of delay, but we are not liable for delay caused by courier partners, natural events, technical issues, public holidays, incorrect address or circumstances beyond our control.
